About Us

In July 2021 Zoe Graham took over running the business, having been a prominent member of the team since 2015.

Pam and Deb, the founders of the business, are both qualified and experienced Canine Behaviourists, having dealt with over 500 1-2-1 consultations over the last few years.

We are Members of the Pet Professional Guild, Guild of Dog Trainers, and the International Companion Animal Network. Our Continued Professional Development is ongoing, including courses on dog behaviour and canine nutrition run by the Open College, the International School for Canine Psychologists, the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers and the Centre of Excellence.

We are extremely proud of the dog walking team, most of whom hold Canine First Aid qualifications, and in 2014 our business won the national Pet Industry Federation's Small Business Award in the category of Pet Services for outstanding customer service, which was sponsored by the Pet Industry Federation.

We help a number of dog rescue charities with behavioural issues, fund raising, rescue dog assessments, home checks for potential adopters and co-ordinating foster homes. We can often be seen out and about locally helping to rehabilitate foster dogs to help them to be rehomed.
